The Ladies Bible Study of Doctrinal Studies
Bible Church located in Birmingham, Al. meets the 2nd and 4th
Sundays of each month. We welcome and encourage ladies of ALL
ages to
attend.
Dinner begins at 5:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at the church
and is always provided by volunteer cooks from among the attending
ladies. The food is always delicious and we have great fellowship
around the tables. Bible study begins around 5:30.
My name is Kelli, and I have the precious honor and privilege
of leading the Ladies Bible Study. Actually, the ladies of
our church have been meeting for many years and have done many
studies together. I became involved several years ago and just
have to tell you that it has done my heart and soul an abundance
of good by being a part of these studies and being with these
ladies. We have such wonderful fellowship and ministry together.
We have studied a lot of material written by Beth Moore (Southern
Baptist). We use her workbooks and videos and find that they
are both inspiring and encouraging. The workbooks are provided
by an anonymous donor, but we consider them a grace gift from
God. We have seen GRACE in action so many times and we thank
our Lord for providing for our needs.
