The 'Clamshell'

This is the largest assembly center on base, one huge tent! It's used primarily for large entertainment groups and is open every night for anyone on the base to attend. Because of the size of the stage and the tent itself Gary decided to setup on the floor in front of the stage so that his encounter would be more personal. Once again he had read his audience's need correctly and was right on target captivating them all, many of whom were among the top brass on the base. Unlike many of our presentations so far there wasn't a time limit for Gary to work within, it was our evening! Those who joined us were so receptive, Gary taking his time walking through their souls with words of appreciation, encouragement and hope - found in the person and work of our Lord Jesus Christ that by the conclusion of his message many just sat there, it was an amazing moment.
